This project revolves entirely around old family photobooks ranging from as early as 1925 to the 1970’s. The project consists of digitally shot recreations of family images , stemming from the proud heritage and nostalgia that my Cornish family possesses. The images themselves are mainly self-portraits, tying myself into the images of family I have never met, paying homage to them, and trying to communicate through time. The final collages are made through an anologue process, curated by myself.
